I wish to tell my story. I purchased a brand new Gold plated watch. I needed very simply 2 links removed. I had been to this shop before to change a battery. I had forgotten that on last visit the same monkey wanted to change my battery with the glass pushed against the table with no felt underneath. I had quickly stopped the guy he then put the felt underneath. A Swiss watch.

I had forgotten about that and to my horror on this visit THIP CLOCK and WATCH upon changing 2 links scratched 5 links all the inner gold band. In a hurry I noticed once home and confronted the old lady who was clearly not a jeweler. She said cant help you. You had to say yesterday. They are bad people and need to be shut down. They are not jewelers. They purchased a previous business
