Bill Marek attempted to extort money from me after purchasing a dog.

I have his signed purchase agreement acknowledging that he was purchasing a puppy registered with the National Stock Dog Registry. He received the paperwork. Anyone who would like proof of this please feel free to email me. Never was it stated that the dog was AKC registered, not in the ad nor the contract you signed.

Bill Marek also telephoned (and insulted) J.R. Russell, NSDR President and told her that "He had never heard of the NSDR" and that "the only registry he was aware of was AKC."

Mr. Marek, your ignorance and decision to post false statements about Lisa Billings and Evening Star Aussies is not going to earn you the $700 you tried to extort from me. What you are about to receive are papers for a libel suit. Be sure to check your mail.
