Sounds to me like a broker fee in which case it is not something that FLM Quick have taken. Check the name against your bank statement and you'll probably find it is not FLM Quick but that of a broker. FLM Quick would never charge anyone unless they have an active loan and are incurring daily interest. Feel free to drop me an email and I'll investigate for you personally.

How To Get The Best DealGet prequalified for a mogatgre.Get your home listed with a real estate agent BEFORE you start making offers.Figure out the pros and cons of buying distressed properties such as: Bank Owned Real Estate, Short Sales, Pre-Foreclosure Sales, Auctions, Rehabs, Fixer-Uppers, Etc. Do your research BEFORE you start your serious house hunting.Get a home inspector so that you can negotiate the price of the house based on the things that need to be fixed. |
