I had purchased a SAMSUNG Digital Camera Model No: S860BLKl of Rs.5890.00 on 02/10/2007from Vijay Sales, Andheri, Mumbai against the Bill No. 03-AN10-08CStI 12. It has 2 year extended warranty which will be valid upto 02/10/2010. From the date of purchased it has gone three times for service at your santacruz centre. I am enclosing the scanned copy of two customer invoice. The reference numbers are 55020080129800 dated 13.11.2008 & 550200911025046 dated 02.12.2009. One of the complained they have not entered in the system between the mentioned period and of that they have not given me customer invoice copy. Now this time the service centre told that there is some liquid problem with Main board and I have to paid Rs 3700.00 for repair. I assured them that this was not done from my end it is manufacturing or other faults from your end but there totally refused. Can the company gives 100 % assurance in this regard that the faults from my end. That service centre told that there is physical fault but I had seen the infrastructure at the service centre is very bad and the way they are serving the sensitive electronic gadgets were alarming. After seeing the infrastructure I assured that the problem is from the service centre end. For this I told the executive to write the detailed on the customer copy and they refused to give anything on written. Now I want my camera at any cost.
Please treat my grievances urgently. |
