In my opinion First Legal is extremely unprofessional, harasses minor children, & violates the rules that process servers are required to follow. Shame on them! Where are their morals?
I have made a police report against them for what in my opinion is harassment of minor children & trespassing well beyond the allowable time that is allotted for them to stay on the premises.
In my opinion Jonathan Solis interrogated several minor children. Jonothan and Brian in my opinion lost sight of the professional ethics and codes that govern process servers.
When Brain was confronted about these issues he became highly defensive and hostile and then proceeded to gaslight. Meaning he pointed the finger at others and refused to take any responsibility for the out of control behavior.
They need to anger managment classes. They also need to learn how to document as they lied on their documentation of the events that day despite witnesses who know the truth about what happened. They lied and said that doors were slammed and no such events occurred.
In my opinion using their services may place you at risk for a lawsuit since they behave in such an unprofessional and harassing manor.
In my opinion it's best to use another company who is professional, honest and can get the job done in an ethical fashion. |
