I am moving and when setting up my gas with consumers energy they transferred me to allconnect for my cable. I was given a wealth of misinformation about my plan. Told I had to switch plans because all though it was same company they didn't offer the same plan in my area 15 minutes away. I told them specifically I wasn't moving until 2/11/19. All my service got turned off at my current home on 1/16/19. I spent hours on the phone trying to get it reinstated. Now my billing is all messed up to. The ironic thing is all I needed to do was a simple transfer through Xfinity and everything would have remained the same. My bill and my plan. Hang up if you are setting up utilities and they transfer you to Allconnect!! |
