Immigration Fraud Cheating WWICS sandhu - Complain against delhi CP WWICS GK II, sandhu , gurpreet kaur, sharat bhardwaj

On 17th NOv'2005 I attended a seminar of WWICS at Sai Auditorium Near C.G.O Complex. After that the started calling me up more than 5 times a day to join for Immigration by signing an agreement & Paying 30000/-, so in NOV'05 i managed to arrange money & paid 30, 000/- . This is the beginig of my being in trap.

Just a week after they send me a letter of receipt, mentioning that I have signed the agreement & the second installment of 20, 000 & USD400/- is due immidiatley, other wise fine will be charged. So, some how I managed to pay it.

Then they started working on my profile & Asked for another US$350. to pay to an assessment agency. I gave all certified copyes of my certificates & experience certificate & paid this amount in JAN 2006.

After this there was no communication from them for more than a year. i was repeatedly querying on phone & email but they were always misguiding me.

After lots of follow up One fine day they told me that my assessment got negative.& there after no communication.

MY POINT IS THEY ARE THE CONSULTANT, THEY MUST CHECK ALL THE CREDENTIALS BEFORE SIGNING FOR AN AGREEMENT, OR FORWARDING IT TO ASSESSMENT AGENCY. BUT THEY ARE ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT COLLECTING FEE & NOT GIVING RIGHT GUIDANCE.

THEN ON FEB'2007- I MET AT WWICS- C.P. OFFICE WITH Mr. ASHOK LAMBA- REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER, HE PROMISED ME TO SIGN FOR CANADA OR RETURN MY MONEY. BUT EVEN AFTER ANOTHER ONE YEAR ONLY EMAILS & PHONE CALLS ARE MADE FROM MY SIDE. AND THERE IS ABSOLUTE NEGLIGENCE FROM WWICS.

NOW UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES, ON MY VISIT TO INDIA JULY'08, I VISITED WWICS- GK OFFICE WHERE BRANCH MANAGER MR. AJAY PATHANIYA, ASSURED ME TO REFUND ALL THIS MONEY IN A MONTH TIME, BUT NOTHING HAS YET COME.

Further to our discussion, please find below the payment details:

1. Receipt for Rs.25, 000/-

2. Receipt for Rs.20, 000/-

3. Copy of draft for Usd 400/-: paid to WWICS Subsidiary.

4. Copy of draft for Usd 350/-: paid to WWICS Subsidiary.

Other pmt aprox-Rs.10, 000/-

(Total aprox. Rs. 75, 000 have been paid)

One Chq. for Referal Rs.4400/- is expected seperately.

Total amount + 2years Interest on it shall be claimed.

Out of this the 4th one USd 350/- we may leave as its other AGENCY fee for assesment,

Hi All

Please dont go with WWICS they are fraud. teh same thing happened with me. They said me to get the visa process doen with in 2 months and i will get visa by 8 to 10 months. the same treat they give me for all my fee. Its around 85000 INR and 2525 AUD for ausytralia. Now i am waiting from approx last 2 years. they are not giving my fee back not even filing my visa. My ACS is also going to expire. More over they will not pick ur call anymore after you pay money. i will suggest you guys dont go to WWICS.

Dear Both of you,

I don't agree with both of you. WWICS is a big name in the industry of Immigration, running there extreme business from last 17 years worldwide with so many branches in overseas and uk also. I am into IT field and applied under fast track immigration, dunno you were aware about this term or not, and happily immigrated to Canada 2 months back. And all the commitments made to me fully furnished by their staff members. So its not good to blame wwics or Mr. Sandhu, It could be your fault or may be some delay in case from Immigration department. Still cases of 2003 or 2004 cases are lying pending in Canadian Immigration department and are waiting for their turn. So do not curse wwics, try to reach WWICS head office and talk to their superiors about your case

May be its not a god wish to send you their at the moment. So wait for the right time buddies.

There are millionsss and zillionss of ppl who wish to travel or settle abroad but they fail to understand that its not the consultant its the embassy who is gonna grant them visa..
Personally i had good good experience with WWICS my cousin got a visa for Canada 2 years back , so im very happy the services they provide and im sure in future if i wan to apply ill apply from WWICS ONLY.

Before blindly signing if you ppl are literate, shld check the cic website adn chek whether ur occupation falls under the list. u want instant food nd a robot to serve that in ur mouth, how is it possible? becuase of ppl like u tht these thug immigration consultants are doing unabbagtted business. am from one of the immigraiton offices and have seen and caught a lot of crime against immigration. its good that when u are caught we deport u back to ur home lands, think of a law where if cought u make be sentenced 5 yrs imprisonment ??????????????

hello to every one wwics is a very big immig scam fraud please b aware of them after landing this is particularly for girls because of my terrible story they made me like a prostetute over there after few days but atlast i am aware then i returned back to hame land ,,,,,,please never beleive them better go to some other small consultancy service u can gain good confidence & guidance,,,,,,,,,,,thank god

yeah!!!!!i accept to your discussion the same experience gained by me but i suffered a lot because of them eventhough because of my uncle who was surviving in US i am saved regarding my postlanding services better be aware about their cheating ERC services by that idiotic GURMEET singh dabbawala i dont know how these idiots got immigration & citizenship in canada i think that canada federal govt is very worst than indian govt,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,thats y these timber business dabba walas got setteled over there,,,,,,,

hi,

I filed my case long back in 2004 and still yet to hear from CHC.
I am also greatly disappointed. They do not reveal actual information before filing.
The applicant has to do some research and make sure whether
their statements are true. I failed to do that and hence i am suffering now.

I think in the recent past, they have come up with fast paced immigration program. And i have
seen people migration very soon.

We can apply ourselves if one has the patience to read and understand all the process from cic website.

WWICs help is not at all required as they simply forward ur application and the only benefit u get from them is some information which might not be correct as well.

They have a pure infrastructure and they treat the customers like a shit.

Please visit CIC site and prepare yourself before applying for immigration. No special consideration
is given if u apply through these consultants. It is clearly mentioned in CIC site.

i applied through wwics for my student visa for uk n what i got was nothing but fraud they took their fee n after one month negligance and no reply from their side. they are fraud and only concerend with their money .........plz dont go for WWICS its a CHEAT company.

June of last year WWICS was recommended to me by a friend who has previously used her services to apply for his permanent residency. WWICS was naturally professional but very easy to talk to, I explained my situation to her and together we worked out which visa we should apply for and she clearly explained each stage of the process. 3 and a half months later my partner and I were granted Permanent Residency and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without WWICS. I saw so many coments above regarding wwics.MY expereinces with them is also not good reagarding behaviour.i remember first time in 2001 I visited there office the lady in front office made fun of me that I dont know english ...she claimed me that i wake up and took no bath and come to their office.BUt after that they didn't fforget to tell me their fees structure and asked fee in advance. After coming home I throw their file in bin and did not slept that night and even I still remember how she made fun of me .time started passes now today I m well established business man in canada.trying to expand businesses in autralia too ...........moral dont depend on wwics if u think they are fraud....amore people aware of their fradulent activites .......by contacting media with proof.....

I would like to thanks for Miss Reena and all depart of WWICS India which guided me for success.

I would like to inform that CHC released my passport from New Delhi office and received on 2014 march 25. I will inform you

if any doubt about the report. If I have to prepare any skill and requirements, please inform me. I have not confirm the

date to go because November, 2014 is my last date to arrive. If you have any suggestions about to prepare please suggest on

mail. I will send scan copy of visa stamp next mail.

I am obliged to you and WWICS about require guidance and suggestions and hope that WWICS help me indeed.
